Real Magic employs highly qualified, trained watchmakers to care of after sales service on clocks and watches. All work is guaranteed for an additional 6 months warrantee.

Watch chain and bracelet adjustment

For metal chain and bracelets with links these can be removed according to your comfortable wrist size.

If your watch requires a service or repair then we are pleased to be able to offer our professional watch care service.

Watch care tips

We recommend that you Change batteries of clocks that have quartz movement, at least once in a year to assure accuracy. as far as watches are concern get service done once in 18 months to prevent battery leaks damaging the internals of your watch even if your battery seems ok as they can still leak.

Your watch relies on the mechanical motion of metal parts so please keep your watch away from sources of electro-magnetic fields causes from cell phones, speakers, motors, and televisions. If the parts become magnetized the parts could stick together causing movement problems for your watch.
